Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Charter requests

Submitting the website form is a request for information and availability. It does not create or confirm a reservation. A charter is confirmed only after Capt. Robert McGhee communicates acceptance and any required booking details have been completed.

2. Rates, deposits, and cancellations

Rates, trip length, departure location, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be provided during the booking process. Any written booking confirmation supplied by Fins In Low Places controls if it differs from this general page.

3. Weather and safety

Fishing and boating are affected by weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, and other safety concerns. The captain may delay, shorten, reschedule, change, or cancel a trip when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests must follow the captain's safety instructions, provide accurate information about the party, supervise minors in their care, and behave in a lawful and respectful manner. Fins In Low Places may refuse or end service when unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or seriously disruptive conduct occurs.

5. Fishing rules and catch

All trips are subject to applicable fishing laws, seasons, size limits, bag limits, protected species rules, and other regulations. Catch and wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.

6. Website information

We try to keep website information accurate, but temporary pages, trip descriptions, availability, and other details may change. Contact Capt. Robert for current information before relying on website content.

7. Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fins In Low Places is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing on this page limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to info@finsinlowplaces.com or discussed by calling 386-847-3937.
